User Responsibility
Review OCR transcriptions against original records. Keep backup passwords safe and only manage authorized data.
Local Data Ownership
Records stay on your device. The developer cannot recover deleted local records or forgotten backup passwords.
Store Billing
Purchases and renewals are processed by Apple or Google under standard store terms and cancellation rules.

1. Service
Vitastow provides user-created routines and reminders, on-device OCR transcription, private local records, household profiles, and user-directed backup and export.

It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or emergency service. It does not diagnose, interpret medical information, judge results, calculate dosages, check interactions, or make recommendations.
2. Your responsibilities
Check OCR text, schedules, reminders, and records yourself. Only manage another person's information when authorized. Protect your device, app lock, backup password, and exports, and keep an independent copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
3. Local data and purchases
The developer cannot retrieve deleted local records or forgotten backup passwords. A destination you select controls exported copies. Apple or Google processes payment, and store rules govern renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
4. Availability and rights
The app is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
